This stainless steel header system delivers a significant performance enhancement while noticeably improving the agility. Thanks to a remarkable weight reduction of 50% compared to the OEM exhaust system, the bike benefits from sharper handling and improved dynamics. Power increases by +8,8 hp at 10200 rpm and +7,1 Nm at 8200 rpm. This product is developed to optimize exhaust gas flow, enhancing torque and power output especially in the low and mid RPM range, where real-world performance truly matters.

It is built with top-level technical solutions such as TIG welding performed in a controlled environment and CNC machined billet bushings to give the exhaust perfect couplings and make it extremely easy to assemble.

The removal of the original catalytic converter provides an important drop of the operating temperature as well as a true racing sound, with deep and loud notes. This kit is compatible and optimized to work in combination with the SC-Project product range.

The installation of the racing headers kit does not meet the Euro 5+ homologation regulations. ECU remapping is recommended.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the Kawasaki Z900 ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features a LED light that indicates the current status of the operation and an OBD cable splitter, that allows you to install it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
