All products provided by Advanced Group S.r.l. are protected by the legal guarantee for lack of conformity, in accordance with current legislation; the legislation referred to in the Consumer Code will be applicable (articles 128 et seq.) and, in any case, the legislation aimed at protecting the consumer in sales relations between seller and consumer, so-called B2C, while the legislation envisaged by the Italian Civil Code (Articles 1490 et seq. Of the Italian Civil Code) in business sales relations, so-called B2B.
It should be noted that, towards the Customer-Consumer, by virtue of the legal guarantee, Advanced Group S.r.l. is responsible for the so-called lack of conformity in the presence of which the consumer can request the repair or replacement of the defective goods by the seller, without charge, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. If replacement or repair are not possible, we refer to all possible options provided by the law. The legal guarantee starts from the delivery of the goods and, upon discovery of the defect, must be asserted by the consumer, in compliance with current legislation, informing and documenting the non-conformity to the Seller in writing.
To use the assistance, the Customer-Consumer must keep the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods.
