1290 SUPER ADVENTURE - S - R (2021 - 2024)

Specifically designed, tested and projected to join the design of modern multipurpose and maxi-enduro bikes, SC-Project developed the Adventure muffler for the KTM 1290 Super Adventure in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.

The Adventure silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium and a carbon fiber end cap made in autoclave with a very typical double output. All the technical solutions and the design of this muffler has been tested all over the world during very long-distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off-road use. All the components in titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, the Adventure muffler allows a huge weight reduction (-42% if compared to the OEM exhaust).

Options available: titanium color or ceramic matt-black color.

The installation is plug-and-play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is suitable with OEM sidecases and fits with the OEM heat shield.
