DESCRIPTION

Description

The X-Plorer II silencer is the SC-Project answer to people who want elegance and refinement on a crossover bike like KTM 890 SMT.

100% Made in Italy like any other SC-Project genuine product, every component of the X-Plorer II is welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance. All technical solutions are tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most several conditions.

The X-Plorer II muffler’s body is made with extremely resistant carbon fibre enriched by a very typical carbon fibre end cap. It was developed to allow a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range and to offer a superbe sound experience in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The kit includes a high quality carbon fibre heat shield and the silencer is equipped with an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project’s logo, exactly as the exhaust systems of SC-Project’s Reparto Corse.

The installation of the X-Plorer II is 100% plug and play and ECU remapping is not necessary.
